Key to Ratings
This performance evaluation closely to the expectations set forth in the job description. This evaluation is designed to both highlight areas that need improvement and recognize performance areas which are employee strengths. It’s primary purpose, however, is to enhance employee improvement through constructive discussion with your supervisor.
A = Exceeds Expectations (Employee has consistantly performed above the level expected).
B = Meets Expectations (Employee is consistently performing as expected).
C = Making Progress (Employee is making progress in developing skill however has not achived desired competence level in that skill).
D = Needs Improvement (Employee is not consistantly meeting expectations).
N/A = The Skill described does not apply to the employee in their c urrent position.
